使い方
パッケージをキャッシュするようにするためには、以下のように、

vagrant up --provision
このプラグインを有効化した後のパッケージのみがキャッシュされますので、上
記の例でも初回の実行時にはパッケージのダウンロードが行われます。ダウンロー
ドしたパッケージは
$HOME/.vagrant.d/cache/
以下に保存されます。この状態で一
旦仮想マシンを破棄（
vagrant destroy
）して、再度仮想マシンを構築（
vagrant up
--provision
）してみてください。今度は、前回キャッシュしたパッケージを使うよ
うになりますので、ダウンロードの時間がなく起動の時間が短縮されます。
