マルチマシン環境の扱い
前セクションで仮想マシンを扱う際には、明示的に「

」のマシンを要求し
ました。実際には、このマシンが存在するのは、環境がマルチマシン環境ではないと
きだけです。
マルチマシン環境では、
Vagrant
のコマンドの多くは、その振る舞いを変えます。
マルチマシン環境では、多くのコマンドはデフォルトのマシンを扱うのではなく、す
べてのマシンに対して処理を行います。仮に

つのマシンが定義されているのなら、
vagrant up
を実行すれば、マシンは

台とも立ち上がります。加えて、
vagrant up
web
というように特定のマシンの名前を
vagrant up
に渡せば、そのマシンだけが処
理の対象になります。
Vagrant
のコマンドをこのように振る舞わせるのには、手間はかかりません！コマ
ンドの実装クラスは、
with_target_vms
というヘルパーメソッドを使うことができま
す。このメソッドは、コマンドライン引数の配列を読み取り、必要な処理を適切に判
定し、処理しなければならないマシンにコマンドを渡します。
それでは、
free-memory
コマンドを拡張して、この振る舞いを利用できるようにし
ましょう。とても簡単なので、びっくりするかも知れません。コマンドの実装は、以
