Removing a Language Pack
If you no longer want to work in another language and want to remove it (and its related menu options and dialog boxes) from Office, choose Start, Settings, Control Panel. Double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon and choose the specific Microsoft Office Language Pack you want to remove.
