Setting the Target

In this chapter, we begin to really break down the FUEL process into discrete steps. In real coaching conversations, the steps will be more fluid than the way we present them here. However, we know that it is helpful to present ideas in bite-sized portions and in a more linear, step-by-step fashion so that they are clearer and more digestible.
