I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

As we reflect on the major contribution that this book makes to the art and science of coaching, we submit that it is to provide you with a framework or checklist for every coaching discussion. We have provided a track for you to run on that has been proven to work. It guides you to apply the best techniques and principles. Some people may think that this is too simplistic, arguing that frameworks or checklists are way beneath their dignity. We understand this point of view, but we strongly beg to differ.
