Adjusting Color with the Color Board
You can work on each of the three fundamental areas in any order. We will start
with adjusting color, then saturation and fi nally exposure.
1 Highlight a clip in the Timeline.
2 Open the Color Inspector (shortcut
Command + 6).
3 Choose Color—this will be selected by default.
4 Click the Master control in the center of the Color Board. Drag this to
different positions within the Color Board. Notice you can introduce red,
blue, green, or purple by dragging the control towar
ds the color of your
choice. The original image is then altered by the amount of color adjustment
