So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Convention on naming chess pieces
Every chess piece is identified by a single letter (pawn = p, knight = n (yes knight with an n!), bishop = b, rook = r, queen = q, and king = k).
The white chess pieces are represented by uppercase letters (PNBRQK), and the black chess pieces are represented by lowercase letters (pnbrqk).
