Chapter 12. Reshape

In Chapter 7 you learned how to draw closed and open geometric paths without thinking about their individual components. In this important chapter, you’ll learn how to reshape paths by manipulating the nuts and bolts that all paths are composed of: direction lines, direction points, anchor points, and segments. Once you learn how to alter the profile of an object by changing the number, position, or type (smooth or corner) of anchor points on its path, you’ll be able to create just about any shape imaginable.
