So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
CHAPTER FIFTEEN What to do if I want to give feedback to my colleague?
Many people find it difficult to give feedback to their colleagues. Providing feedback can be challenging for a variety of reasons, depending on your personality and the situation. I typically encounter three main reasons for this difficulty.
The first concern comes when people are afraid of a negative reaction from the recipient and therefore hesitate to share their feedback. They are uncertain about how their feedback will be received and if it will be seen as valid or relevant. They have a concern that the feedback might be dismissed or ignored.
