I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

You might be working in a team but that doesn’t automatically guarantee everyone’s active participation. Not everyone possesses extroverted traits and is proactive when it comes to interaction. Some of you might prefer working from home or working secluded in a meeting room. However, engaging with others can bring you far.
Connecting with colleagues is not only enjoyable, it can also help you with productivity, goals and personal or team development. A lot of people find great joy in connecting with others once they find a way to do so. And even boring tasks can be more bearable when working with a supportive colleague or connected team.
