I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Do you work with a toxic individual? We’re not psychologists, so it’s not our role to label people and we should be cautious about doing so. But we can, and should, observe behaviour carefully. We learn about people by observing their behaviour, which helps us understand their tendencies and preferences. This understanding guides us in adapting our interactions for better outcomes. However, when we are dealing with toxic individuals, it requires a whole new level of attention and consideration.
