It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Accelerated Development Starts with a Solid Plan
The second step for accelerating development involves constructing a written plan for closing identified development gaps. Chapter 3 of the Participant's Guide provides participants with details on how to work through this process, and in this chapter I'll provide suggestions for coaching your team members on the development planning process.
Before an individual can create a development plan, he first has to be able to clearly define his intended development outcomes or what he hopes to take away from those development actions.
