  • First Phase
    • A window of three months was given to the citizens for registration and quoting the file number or any reference of government notification regarding the old cases.
    • A unique number was given to the citizens to track the process.
  • Second Phase
    • Concerned department was given three months to clear all the old cases and subsequently close the files.
