It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The term and technology of autonomic computing is unfamiliar to most IT people. However, it will become familiar and understood after reading this book. Today, IT organizations are faced with the growing challenge of supporting the needs of the corporate enterprise with a reduced budgets and persistent or growing computing demands. For many enterprises, the challenge is compounded by complex architectures and distributed computing infrastructures that were developed over the last 20 years.
