I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
How to do it...
To create your first IoT Hub, you will need a Microsoft Azure account. You can easily get registered on Azure.com.
Once you have access, you can follow the steps to create your IoT Hub:
- Log in to https://portal.azure.com.
- Once you are logged in, click on the New menu:
- This blade will show all the Azure services available, we need to expand the Internet of Things and hit the IoT Hub, as shown in the following:
