Components of the IoT solution lifecycle

You need to start by understanding the IoT lifecycle before you jump into the IoT solution.

This lifecycle talks about the stages of any IoT solution that it goes through, which are as follows:

• Devices and gateway: Identifies the IoT devices that will collect the data at their end and ingest it into the IoT Hub.
• Communication: This stage helps IoT devices to connect to the internet through GSM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or any other networking techniques to connect to the internet.
• Data ingestion: Azure provides an IoT Hub to ingest data and manage devices and their messages.
• Data transformation: This stage transforms the data we receive from IoT devices into data that has to be processed.
