Each monitoring operation tracks the following different types of events with the IoT Hub:
Device identity: This will be used to identify the errors with device creation, updates, or deletion from the IoT Hub identity registry.
Device telemetry: It will track errors related to the telemetry data sent by the IoT device to the IoT Hub; these errors can be seen in sending and receiving messages to and from the IoT device or the IoT Hub.
