So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Alternate Output Formats
This chapter showed the default HTML format, which is obviously best for viewing
in a web browser. But what if you wanted to parse the output or store it in a data-
base? HTML is not the best format for these choices. The NCBI also supports Plain
Text, eXtensible Markup Language (XML), and ASN.1 formats. To see these differ-
ent formats, just scroll back to the top of the report, choose another format under
the Format option, and then resubmit using the Format! button. You can try this for
all the formats, and then just hit the browser Back button to return to the HTML for-
matted page.
