新たなCプロジェクトを作るには、C/C++パースペクティブを開き、File -> New ->C
Project.とする。ダイアログ画面で、プロジェクト名を入力（例えば First）する。Project
Typesで は、Executable -> Empty project（ ま た は Hello World ANSI C project）と 選
び、コンパイラでは例えば Cygwin GCCを選ぶ。Eclipseはシステムにインストールされ
たC/C++ツールチェインを自動的に検出する。WindowsでCygwinとMinGWを両方共イ
ンストールし
