宣言は宣言の中でも特別だ。アサーションテストをコ
ンパイラにさせる命令であり、識別子を全く宣言しない。静的アサーションは次の構文で
行う。

テスト対象のアサーション
constant_expression
は整数型の定数式でなければならない
（「3.1 整数定数」参照）。式が真、値が0でなければ、
_Static_assert
宣言は何もしない。
式の評価が値0なら、コンパイラは指定された文字列リテラルを含むエラーメッセージを生
成する。文字列リテラルは、拡張文字が表示されない可能性があるので基本ソース文字集
合の文字だけを含まねばならない。次の例で、静的アサーションは型
int
のオブジェクトが
2バイトより大きいことを確か
めている。
_Static_assert(sizeof(int) > 2 , "16-bit code not supported");
型
int
が2バイト幅しかないと、コンパイラは次のようなエラーメッセージを表示する。
