We had taken up the sinusoidal steady-state analysis of circuits containing coupled coils in Sect. 8.11 of Chap. 8. We had developed two equivalent circuits in time-domain for a set of two coupled coils. One of them represented the magnetic coupling by using dependent sources. The second one was a conductively coupled equivalent circuit. These equivalents are shown in Fig. 15.14-1 for both the relative polarities that can exist in a two-coil system.
