So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Using cloud model to predict carbon emissions in China

ABSTRACT: The prediction of carbon emissions is one of important basic work of developing targets
for emission reduction. The paper proposed a forecasting method of carbon emissions based on cloud
model. Firstly, the carbon emissions for energy consumption in China are calculated according to ‘China
Statistical Yearbook’ (1995–2010), ‘2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories’.
