in South Korea and precipitation decrease in North Korea

ABSTRACT: A spatial-temporal analysis is conducted using data of precipitation and visibility in sum-
mer from 1980 to 2010 over the Korean peninsula, and finds that the variation in amount of air pollution
in South Korea has statistically significant correlation not only with the variation in amount of precipita-
