Inserting a Picture from a SkyDrive or SharePoint

If you have pictures stored on a SkyDrive (New!) or Office 365 SharePoint (New!), you can access them from Online Pictures on the Insert tab. Before you can use an online service, you need to add them (establishing a connection to your Microsoft account) to Excel, which requires an established account with a user name and password. After you establish a connection, you can browse for pictures directly on the SkyDrive or Office 365 SharePoint sites.

Insert a Picture from SkyDrive or SharePoint

Click the Insert tab.

Click the Online Pictures button.

Click Browse for SharePoint or SkyDrive.
