Any Office document that resides on SharePoint (New!) can be accessed from any computer or device that has an Internet connection. You can access Office documents on SharePoint using your web browser or File Explorer on your desktop. In your web browser, you can navigate to a document and then open it in an Office Web App. An Office Web App provides a subset of the features in the desktop version. In your desktop, you can open File Explorer, navigate to a document in a SharePoint Document Library or SkyDrive Pro (New!), and then open it in the Office Desktop App. SkyDrive Pro is SkyDrive on SharePoint, which is separate and different from SkyDrive personal.
