Introduction

Microsoft Excel provides you with the tools you need to create and save your workbook as a web page and to publish it on the web. The Save As command allows you to format your workbook in Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), a simple coding system used to format documents for an intranet or the Internet. Saving your workbook in HTML format means you can use most web browsers to view your workbook. Any workbook can easily be saved as a web document and viewed in a web browser.
