Excel Options allows you to set options for images in a workbook. When you insert images into a workbook, the size of the file increases. You can set image options to compress all images to reduce the file size, or don’t compress all images to maintain image quality in a larger file size. If you edit an image and don’t want to keep the original content for restore purposes, you can discard it. If you want to print high quality images, you can set a print option to do it.
Click the File tab, and then click Options.
