SugarSync
Here’s one of the all-time great productivity tools for Galaxy Tab owners. With it, your Tab gets full access to files on your PC, Mac, and Android devices. Similarly, your PC, Mac, or Android device can access the files that live on your Tab.

First, install SugarSync on any computers and devices whose files you want to access with your Tab. For example, you can use it with two PCs, a Mac, and a Droid X. Next, on each of those computers and devices, tell SugarSync which files you want to back up, synchronize, and share.

On your PCs and Macs, you can synchronize all those files and folders with each computer. So, for example, say you have a Mac and a PC. You choose which folders and files to synchronize among them. Now, suppose you edit a Word file on your PC that’s in a folder you’ve chosen to synchronize. SugarSync automatically changes it on your Mac as well. So when you go to work on it on your Mac, the latest version is available.
Better yet, SugarSync also backs up all those files to its servers, providing you with a backup as well. If your computer’s hard disk dies, you can get those files back as long as you can get to a computer connected to the Internet.
Note
The SugarSync service offers 5 GB of backup space free. If that’s not enough, you can pay for more ...
