I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Underdogs make a system behave in ways its creators did not intend. Unintended behavior is at the core of subversiveness. Here’s what it takes.
- Notice the system. Gain situational awareness of how your industry, platforms, and audiences act to understand their default behaviors.
- See who benefits from it. Identify who established the system’s norms and conventions, and why they persist.
- Find an exploit. Seek out contradictions—gaps between what is and what’s supposed to be—to discover vulnerabilities that you can turn into asymmetric advantages.
- Discover—or invent—a new way. Ask how else the world might be, and find alternative approaches, with a novel mindset.
- Care less what others think. Change is seldom ...
