I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Aggregation
If arbitrage keeps information secret, aggregation collects and shares it. When you collect distributed, disparate information and share it in one place, you add convenience—and gain unfair advantage because you control the flow.
The aggregation tactic has three steps:
- collection: collect useful information you can transform or consolidate.
- temptation: get the information in front of your target market using the sensemaking systems on which they already rely.
- payoff: extract advantage from your unique position in the information flow. Bonus points if you get recipients to correct or add to it, creating a virtuous feedback loop in which users do your work for you.
