I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Prashant brings tremendous enthusiasm to work every day. He seems to love coming to work. He’s always busy with a new project or idea. He’s the most social person on your team and he makes sure everyone knows how busy he is. Prashant is vocal in team meetings. He has a perspective on everything going on across the team and he’s not afraid to let everyone know what he thinks. He’s an unlimited source of ideas for new projects the team can be working on. If the quality of his ideas matched their quantity, he could be a real innovation asset. Unfortunately that’s not the case.
