So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Summary
In this chapter, we learned about a number of powerful server-side ServiceNow APIs, including GlideUser, GlideSystem, GlideSession, and more. We also learned about some exclusively client-related APIs, such as GlideAjax and the g_form API. We've learned not only how certain APIs work, but why they work the way they do, and when to use them to maximize productivity and create a positive user experience!
This chapter can serve as a reference for some of the ServiceNow APIs we'll be using in the coming chapters, so feel free to bookmark it, and flip back now and then for reference.
