I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Dress rehearsal (cutover)
- Purpose: The main purpose of this deliverable is to mock up the cutover procedure by executing an end to end solution. It should include everything that is planned to go-live, even a late bug fix or a correction that was done last minute.
- Approach: On-premise.
- Deliverable(s): Dress rehearsal.
- Tasks summary:
- Test plan created in realization phase is reviewed and updated if required
- Prepare and execute the planned and scheduled test (which are supposed to run in production as well)
- Get a final sign-off by sharing the findings and recommendations from the technical system test performed previously
