Use this list to determine whether any Status Reason values need to be customized and to identify default values needed for your organization. Status values are not customizable.
This list is also useful for planning whether workflow rules that need to be created as records are moved from one status to another, or when a particular Status Reason is defined.
In the Status Reason column, items in bold are default values.
