Chapter 3. Exchange Server 2003 Feature Overview

When Microsoft introduced Exchange 2000 Server, the company took a giant leap forward from prior versions of the product. Exchange 2000 definitely improved both the end-user and management experiences. But I also think it spread itself a bit too thin by trying to be the ultimate communications and collaboration engine with features such as Instant Messaging, Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server, and a surfacing of the message stores to the file system using ExIFS.
