If your organization runs Exchange 2000 in Native Mode, you'll want to choose the option for upgrading from Exchange 2000 Native Mode in ExDeploy. In this step, you can install new Exchange 2003 servers or perform in-place upgrades of your existing Exchange 2000 servers.
