- To create the product, go to Sales | Sales | Products. Click on the Create button
- Enter the Product name, select Can be Sold if you are going to sell this product and Can be Purchased if you purchase this product from vendors. You will not be able to get the product on purchase and sales order form when Can Be Sold and Can Be Purchased are not checked.
You can check only Can be Sold checkbox on the product form when you configure the service type of products and you are not outsourcing that service.
