There are different types of computations that need to be performed depending on the country or type of business, such as computing tax based on the group of tax or especially for the retail business; the tax should be included in the product price. In some countries, the tax can be applied and computed based on the customer location--countries like the USA have a specific tax computation application called Tax Cloud which takes care of the latest rules to apply and computes the tax based on the product category and customer location. It also allows their customers to pay the online tax to the government.
