I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Construction Management
Powerstation Arts would appoint the design team and also appoint a
construction manager to organise both the design team and the construction
phases of the project. The Construction Manager would split up the works and
the packages would be tendered and let separately and sequentially as per
management contracting above. The difference being that Powerstation Arts
would appoint all the trade contractors giving them direct contractual links
with all parties of the project.
