18All-In-One Stamps
Unlike a manufactured stamp that is glued to a block of wood, when we carve stamps from erasers, we have access to every side of the eraser to use to our whim. Soon after carving my first stamp, I had an immediate urge to make a stamp that I could essentially roll across a page and make a larger image with. I never did this, because I didn’t want to make something that was bound to be incredibly messy; the purpose of that manufactured block is to get an evenly stamped image, but also to keep our fingers out of the ink.
