Attribute Name	Description
`name`	A string that specifies the name of the user account. The number of characters in the name can’t exceed the value of `win32netcon.UNLEN`.
`full_name`	A string containing the full name of the user.
`comment`	A string with a comment for the user, or `None`.
`flags`	An integer containing values that determine several features. May be any combination of the `win32netcon.UF_` flags.
`user_id`	An integer that specifies the relative ID (RID) of the user. The RID is determined by the Security Account Manager (SAM) when the user is created. It uniquely defines this user account to SAM within the domain.
