I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The quality manual will also identify a sub set of quality procedures (QPs)
and work instructions (WIs) and provide examples of the various forms
and documentation used by the manufacturer, such as production control
forms, inspection sheets and documents used to purchase components from
subcontractors.
The quality manual will describe how the company documents and
records inspections, how their goods-inwards facility operates and how
they monitor quality. In particular, when complex assemblies or multipart
contracts are required, separate instructions may also have to be included in
