So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

As international trade increases, it is becoming more important than ever to
know the exact meaning of some of the basic terms when used in connection
with the quality of a product or service, especially when used in the vernac-
ular. To overcome this problem an International Standard (ISO 8402-1986
Quality Vocabulary) has been published (in English, French and Russian)
which 'defines the basic and fundamental terms relating to quality concepts,
as they apply to products and services, for the preparation and use of quality
standards and for mutual understanding in international communications'.
