4.3.5.1 Acceptable system control
The evaluation has shown that the supplier has a satisfactory quality system,
there are no deficiencies and the supplier has been able to give an assurance
of quality. When this happens, there should be no reason why the purchaser
should feel it necessary to demand any radical changes to the supplier's
system. However, even though the supplier may have proved that they are
up to a satisfactory standard, the purchaser will still have the right to (and
often does) insist on making further inspections throughout the duration of
the contract.
