achieved, but even more remains to be done, especially with the introduction
of the revised strategic concept and the advent of multinational forces
such as the ACE Rapid Reaction Corps (ARRC) and the two multinational
divisions. Also, the requirements of the Partnership for Peace (PiP) and
the North Atlantic Co-operation Council (NACC) must now be taken into
consideration.
