We look at Company H, which has been in business for 100 years, for our first case study. One of the early pioneers in computing, the company has a hefty tech stack—more than 300 systems—dating from the 1970s. This is a challenge because Company H is competing with newer companies that aren’t carrying the same kind of technological and organizational baggage.
