So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

It’s easy to fall into the trap of making short-term decisions when you’re under heavy pressure. And when things don’t get done, it’s easy to blame others and their shortcomings rather than figuring out what’s stopping them from doing a good job.

Try to resist the temptation to postpone improvement actions and defer decisions. Procrastination will set you back right off the bat.
