Ethereum consensus mechanism
As we mentioned in the previous section, Ethereum transactions, a transaction must be signed with the sender's private key. Likewise, to be validated, there must be sufficient funds in the account of the sender that instanced the transaction. Following the preliminary validations, the transaction is forwarded to the miner nodes. Once the validity of the transaction has been verified, the miner nodes will insert it into a block, completing the validation of the transaction by mining the block into which it was inserted.
