I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
DLTs as permissioned blockchains
Permissioned blockchains are traced back to DLTs as they mainly meet the needs of those organizations interested in managing a shared ledger exclusively internally. In practice, although constituting decentralized ledgers, permissioned blockchains distinguish the nodes of the network based on their roles and on the basis of the privileges assigned to them.
Recall that in permissionless (public) blockchains, no distinctions are made between nodes. Furthermore, in public blockchains, the transaction ledger is practically unchangeable, while in permissioned blockchains the possibility of modifying transactions is far from excluded.
