I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Quantum versus traditional computability
Computability theory is the area of computer science research that deals with establishing what a computer can do.
When we talk about computers, we actually mean Turing machines. Turing machines are in fact the theoretical reference model used in computability theory. The Church-Turing thesis is applicable to Turing machines, which claims that any computable task can be computed by a Turing machine. The Church-Turing thesis, therefore, provides us with a criterion for determining what is computable and what is not, thus allowing us to understand what a computer can actually do.
